About
I'm Mickey, a product designer with over 6 years of experience based in London. Previously at PCCW Global leading several connectivity products for its B2B SaaS platform.
I believe great design is equal parts empathy and logic — research defines the why, and systems thinking defines the how.
Before PCCW Global, I worked as a UX/UI Designer at Johnson Controls-Hitachi, making IoT design more meaningful and intuitive while advocating for the value of design that could bring to business growth.
In my downtime, I enjoy playing tennis and vibe coding some fun ideas.

Create value. I believe design should deliver meaningful value for customers and, in turn, strengthen the business.
